What is a training class like?

Learn CPR 4 Life has long delivered on a committment of having 1 training maniquin for every 1 student in the course. This gives the student a significant amount of practice time during the training course. CPR demonstration on maniquins involves sitting on the floor for extended periods of time and bending over the manequin to perform chest compressions. Students should prepare for the course by dressing for comfort and modesty. Students that are physically unable to sit on the floor are encouraged to place manequins on to tables availble in the training room.
